Welcome to The Marketing Mantra. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software platform, and our specialized WhatsApp Automation Bot service (collectively, the "Service").

By subscribing to our Service, registering an account, or connecting your Meta WhatsApp Business API account to our Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Service.

1. Account Registration & Meta Credentials

To deploy the WhatsApp Automation Bot, you must connect a valid Meta Developer Account and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA):

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and Meta API access tokens.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your credentials or any security breaches.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

We strictly enforce compliance with Meta's developer guidelines and local regulatory acts regarding digital communications:

• No Unsolicited Messages (Spam): You agree not to use our WhatsApp Bot to send unsolicited broadcast messages, spam, or promotional materials to recipients who have not explicitly opted-in to receive communications from your business.
• Prohibited Content: You must not transmit any content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.
• API Limitations: You must not attempt to bypass Meta API rate limit controls, scrape user profiles, or deploy the bot to distribute malware.
• Suspension of Service: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if Meta flags or bans your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) for spam or violation of terms.

3. Meta Platforms Compliance

Your use of the WhatsApp Automation Bot is concurrently subject to Meta's official policies:

• You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Developer Terms.
• Any suspension, restriction, or changes made by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account or Graph API access is outside the liability of The Marketing Mantra.

4. Intellectual Property

All software codes, custom automation flows, user dashboards, templates, icons, logos, and graphics associated with the WhatsApp Automation Bot are the exclusive intellectual property of The Marketing Mantra and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the platform during your active paid subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Marketing Mantra and its parent company, Multi Edge Solutions, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruptions arising out of:

• The use or inability to use the WhatsApp Automation Bot.
• Any changes, downtime, or deprecations of the Meta Graph API or WhatsApp Business Platform endpoints.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your API communication streams.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to the WhatsApp Automation Bot will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for more than ninety (90) days or violate any term of this agreement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post any updates on this page. By continuing to access our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
